Sotiris Marinakis<\/strong> was born in 1964 in Athens and completed his studies in Business Administration.
\nHe has been active in the Logistics Industry for more than 30 years. Throughout these years of experience in the field of Supply Chain Management, he has achieved many distinctions, not only ensuring the quality of the services provided, which is a top priority for him, but also aligning the\u00a0supply chain and overall business strategies,\u00a0thus being the\u00a0enabler for achieving commercial goals\u00a0<\/strong>and consequently, corporate success.\u00a0He has managed to apply optimal practices to upgrade productivity by effectively adapting functional and lean procedures, implementing\u00a0supply chain<\/em> strategies that support the overall strategy of their client\u2019s business.<\/p>\n

For many years he has been an active speaker at various supply chain Conferences and Workshops.<\/p>\n

He has also authored several successful blog posts on supply chain issues, design & management of warehouse, storage, transportation and distribution. He held several positions in Supply Chain & Commercial Enterprises, namely the position of Purchasing\u00a0& Inventory Analyst<\/em>\u00a0(1987-1998) at FIAT – LANCIA in Greece, Operations & Logistics Manager (1998-2015) at FEDERAL MOGUL COPR.
